Pat is a Criminal Investigator with the Colorado Division of Real Estate.  She’s been an investigator for over 9 years, dealing with complaints related to allegations of disclosure failures, dishonest dealing, incompetent practice and more.  Prior to working with the Division, Pat held a real estate broker’s license and sold in the Northern Colorado area.
